Finding this thread makes me feel a bit better, because I thought I was going crazy. I'm just now finishing up painting the thing, with having kept the platform separate from the spider, and the shaman platform he's supposed to stand on is driving me crazy. I even dragged my wife in and had her read the instructions and look at it to see if I was just being dumb about it. It really is a PITA.

I’ve been a lurker here for a long time and finally recently registered. I see a ton of topics discussing strategies for armies, how to cope with different metas, army lists, etc. But I don’t see a lot of discussion about what players actually enjoy about their armies and I thought this would be a good way for indecisive new players to be exposed to what makes each army fun or interesting, and maybe help them narrow down the search. So, go ahead and tell us what makes your army fun and what you personally enjoy about playing it.
