From what little knowledge I can gleam it will have 5 expansions, the final boss so to speak is in the last. We should expect a similar format to black stone fortress. I couldn’t get an answer if it’s all undead though. Just that expansions will be “challenging encounters” or allies of sorts

GW underestimate orders a lot, so after the initial release there may be a shortage. They might do the thing they did with blood bowl where you can order and they send it you later Lgs were able to do the second order thing at discount too I think?
