The rumours are too weird to me. Things like the new Hero Phase with Heroics Actions on different phases are a bad design so I think It is a compendium of whises than a real leak.

Chapter/Generals were released one week before Dominion/Indomitus preorder. The main problem with new editions is that the released are always 3-4 weeks including the two preorder weeks, so the timeline is half July and half August for all the contento after Leviathan party starts. Leviathan preorder starts June 10, a lot of influencers have the box right now and they are preparing the material for the release.
