Because of economics I actually had to stop collecting an army of trolls but I´m thinking to restart again. But is it possibly in the new armybook to play an all troll army?

Yes, you are propably right. I actually love to read not only the rules but also the lore about the trolls. Pretty funny

Btw, I saw that trolls have a White dwarfs army of renowm from issue 457 (I think). Is it still active? Can you use it?

Wow, I´m so happy to found this thread. you guys gives really good advice and those two diffrent list looks like a nice start for a basic army. I love them. I didn´t know you could turn a troll character into mage, that´s nice to know. Perhaps also a try to make him more magical as a mintaure with some greenstuff

As I´m new to this game, any one that can suggest a good startlist, like 1000p?

I would also love more fat, or thinner models together with more changes of sexes. Also GW non-human need more diffrent shapes.

Good to know. I just love the model really much. It´s gorgous I think GW should do more female monsters of trolls, orks and goblins. They ahve started with humans and elves which are good but we need more.

Yes, wise to wait for the book. But starting with a unit or two of trolls should be good anyway. Btw, on GW site, it stands that the chief troll miniature is no longer posdibly to order. Is that true? Anyone knows?

Is it still possibly to play a army with only trolls in all forms? I just saw Troll on Netflix and got inspired. Can really recommend that movie!

Thanks, I think both of you are right. Just grab som models, start playing and see where it goes. I like our current armybook so fun to play with it. I will not hold my breath for our next.

Just a wonderful collection. A joy for the eyes. But now I´m still tempted to see some slanngors as I tihnk you would make them look really good.

I just bought the armybook and a start collection box. Shall be fun to start this army. I don´t reallt know what will be next but I´m thinking another start collection box and then an arch revenant. to get to around 500-1000p so I can start to play games. I was before not intersted in this army but I started to paint a wood elves blood bowl team and just loved to paint the treeman. I bought the army book and when I read it, I really found a love of the lore around the army and together with a lot of lovely models, I tihnk this can be a fun army to start.

As I´m new to Hedonites I have only bought one box of blissbarb archers. Lovely kit with 10 diffrent poses that are a bit complicated to glue together. As I see it not so many options to mix and change around but still wonderful minatures. From what I understand you usually only want maximum of around 2 units. I don´t know about the other kits.

I just love them and specially the big hat models. But I like the other models too. If GW would remade them then I would buy them all! So cool army in both style and lore.

A challenge is always mor fun and intersting and it seems right now that our army is that. I have started to glue together my blissbarb archers and I love the models. But more complicated to glue then I thought. Tooks some extra time but worth it. Next challenge is to paint them!
