  1. The Horus Heresy box revealed this week leaked about a year ago. We also saw primaris well ahead of when we should have.
  2. Oh most definitely. Enlightened in particular are NUTS
  3. Skaven has been the rumoured Chaos book for quite some time...
  4. So... they've hidden the incarnate in a £135 box of terrain... huh
  5. In practice that's incredibly difficult and restrictive.
  6. Using fulminators and longstrikes is obviously competitive. It is also deeply boring.
  7. Here speaketh someone who hasn't used dragons! Those breath attacks do nothing. (joking aside, the damage spikes they have are obnoxious)
  8. Objectively a bad product lol. Get a grip. It's flawed, but also has a large variety of effective lists. Three units are overtuned, plus some dogshit.
  9. I reckon so. Extra rend on the tzaangor is deadly, plus a block of tzaangor rallying on 4+ is tough to chew through.
  10. I've heard strong rumours of a sylvaneth release. Significant in size.
  11. I don't mean to be dismissive but it is hard to take your view seriously given that you have not played it...
  12. I'm pretty sure that also was the case when it was part of the scions battle trait last edition too (and that I managed to forget for over 150 games...)
  13. It is a boring and one dimensional list. In isolation the warscroll is fine (except the stupid potential damage spike from the breath) for its points. But the warscroll is just a mess. Why do they get a hero phase move? They are already fast. Why can they then charge? Why can they do that after teleporting via translocation? Why do they get a spell ward (Krondys/karazai don't IIRC)? I can understand the eating a model and the flame breath - those feel right for a dragon. Then there's the 3" coherency which makes sense from a practical point of view, but has huge ramifications in play terms (don't allow them to be reinforced imo).
  14. ah yes if only they'd release more aos. It has been three days since the last army book. Come on, let's be better than this baseless whining.
  15. Yes, I agree. It isn't a zero sum game. But part of that is recognising and accepting that some of our units need nerfing. Rather than complaining about it.
  16. No, it is the Idolators sub-allegiance ability that allows for it.
  17. Longstrikes are not good for the game in their current iterations. The poster on the previous page was correct - the issue is reinforced fulmis/longstrikes.
  18. What's weird about the big dragons is they don't have the spell ignore effect - despite it being part of the arcane heritage that smaller dracos have...
  19. It is only a shock if you don't really get the game, to be honest. That's perfectly fine, but a lot of the complaints were born out of ignorance, rather than experience. (not to suggest that the book is perfect, or that all of teh complaints made about it are invalid!)
  20. They both happen at 'The Start of the Hero Phase' IIRC, therefore as the active player you can choose the order of affairs. So, yes.
