  4. I totally disagree on battle tactics and grand stratagies. This alone makes the game interesting. Without them it's just dice rolling simulator.
  5. So it's not really a rumor but more like speculations based on information from resent novels (Gitslayer, Arcanaut oath, Grombrindal and Ansectors Hall) Long story short. As far as we know Valaya was missing in Age of Sigmar and last time she appear was in End time Nagash book. Many people think that he devour her during this book but for me this doesn't sound like devouring to be honest. But since then we doesn't hear anything about Valaya other then some duardins still worship her. Until now as I think. So first thing that I want to pointing up is that it looks like something big is happening with duardins underworlds in Shyish. From Black pyramid novel we know that Gazul was devoured by Nagash but still remains at some degree. Right now we all know that Grombridal is returns to Morlar realms and his mission is to unite all duardins but is that all? From Grombrindal short stories we know that White bearded wanderer was but also this stories tied to duardins underworlds as well. For example Grungni have very interesting conversation with Nagash What is interesting about that? Who is this "guardian spirits" and "false-gods"? And finally I want to share some information from Ancestors Hall short story where First thing that strikes me is that there is alot of mansioning for atmosphere and quality of ale Next thing is Grombrindal him self and his behavour when he meet other duardins Who is "She" story doesn't unswear but we get this at the end and So... someone who’ll have a warm hearth and a strong ale for a wanderer you say? Does duardins have the Goddess of hearth and brewing? Just to add abit more speculation... How about Valaya leading order faction of einherjar type of duardins in Shyish, considering that duardins have legends about Valykraz(aka Valkyries)? P.S.   7. Looking at 2023 rumors I'm curious if duardins will get CoS 3ed with dispossessed ->KO 3ed->duardin tome with Valaya returning and dispossessed 4ed -> new duardin units for CoS 4ed -> new dispossessed in duardin tome 5ed.

  9. If you play 1 time per month. If you play 3-4 time per week then you will know most of the tricks of your faction very fast. Plus what if your tome is bad? Baggy? Doesn't have clear ruling? Wait 5-6 more years and be happy.
  10. As KO player I can tell you that I'm already bored. And my tome will not come-up for the next 6-8 months. And I believe that Fyreslayers have the same problem already(and they have 3ed tome btw). So my point is that we have zero indication that GW want to change how they handle battletome managment and then we will have more subfactions, souping is guaranteed.

  12. Some of them, yes. But factions that will get their tome at the start of the edition will wait too long for new one. Ofc if you play 1 game per month it's fine, but I playing 3-4 games per week so I'll benefit if updates will be more often and 3-4 month is enought for me to more further.
  13. The problem is that if you have 4 years per edition there is a chance that some faction will wait 7-8 years instead of 3-4. And this is considering the number of factions we have right now. If number will go to x2 mark then we will have fb situation where some faction will not be updated for 10+ years...

  15. I'm not really into souping any faction but I honestly believe that this is direction where we all are heading. GW can't support so many factions properly so in future we probably will see something like 6-7 big factions per alliance. And each big alliance will contain 4-5 smaller factions with the same theme.
  16. Idoneth also can grab and collect souls. So I think that she can "reforge" Maleneth. Also. Not all souls goes to Nagash. Most duardin souls are collected by Grungni and Grombrindal.
  17. Would be cool if IDK will give her soul to Marathi and she will ressurect her as her agent and we will see the reunion of her and Gotrek plus his friend from Edassa as SCE.
