  1. sure. but you rely on a 6+ (& unbinded) cast to make them fly to port them into 9", hoping to get the charge & not rerolling hits because of missing hero!? doesn't look profitably but who knows.. could work
  2. again. you use the Blisterskin command ability (teleport) at the start of your movement phase not in your hero phase
  3. ?.. the Blisterskin command ability is used at the start of your movement phase and the unit cannot move later in that movement phase. You'll port & charge. why should you wait till your next hero phase to trigger the battalion ability?

  5. it's 0 points.. would be a shame not setting it up!?
  6. could someone please post the Mustering paragrah?
  7. reduced to one ability per battalion Deadwatch reduced to 1 unit in your hero phase 😪
  8. CORE RULES Designers’ Commentary, December 2018 Page 3 Q: Sometimes a rule will specify that a model or unit needs to be ‘wholly within’ a certain distance. What exactly does ‘wholly within’ mean? A: A model is wholly within a certain distance if every part of its base is within the stated distance. A unit is wholly within a certain distance if every part of the bases of all of the models in the unit is within the stated distance. For example, a model would be wholly within 12" of the edge of the battlefield as long as every part of its base was 12" or less from the edge, while a unit would be wholly within 12" of the edge of the battlefield as long as every part of every base of the models from the unit were 12" or less from the edge.
  9. no. FAQ CORE RULES Designers’ Commentary, December 2018 Q: Sometimes a dice roll will trigger an effect. For example, a weapon might have a rule that says a hit roll of 6 causes two hits on the target instead of 1. What happens if another effect applies to the same roll? For example, the weapon from the previous example might have a rule that says it inflicts D6 mortal wounds on a hit roll of 6 and the attack sequence ends – would I get to inflict two hits that each inflicted D6 mortal wounds? A: When a dice roll triggers more than one effect, each effect is triggered once. For this example, this means that the hit roll would cause two hits, but only one of the hits would inflict D6 mortal wounds (you would carry out the rest of the attack procedure for the other hit normally).
  10. I guess it's mentioned using it immediately after a unit has fought too, but wouldn't that mean you can't use the ability "at the start" of your combat phase start of the combat phase != combat phase != end of the combat phase "You can use this command ability after a friendly FLESH-EATER COURTS unit has fought in the combat phase for the first time and is wholly within 12" of a friendly FLESH-EATER COURTS HERO, or wholly within 18" of a friendly FLESH-EATER COURTS HERO that is a gerneral. [..]" requirements: - the unit has fought in the combat phase for the first time - the unit is within n" of FEC HERO both requirements still apply after other units attacked, too!?
  11. do you have to use feeding frenzy immediatly after that unit has attacked or is it possible to use feeding frenzy later on that unit, too? f.e. - unit A attacks - enemy unit A attacks - unit B attacks, followed by using feeding frenzy on unit A - enemy unit B attacks ...
  12. found the FAQ, thx Q: Some abilities allow or require a unit to fight at the start of the combat phase, or the end of the combat phase. How exactly does this work? What happens if two or more units have to fight at the start or the end of the phase? A: Units that fight at the start or the end of the combat phase make a pile-in move and then attack with their melee weapons before the players start picking any other units to fight in that phase, or after the players have picked all other units to fight in that phase, respectively. So, first you pile in and make attacks with the units that are to fight at the start of the phase, then the players alternate picking units to fight with, starting with the player whose turn is taking place, and lastly you pile in and make attacks with units that make attacks at the end of the combat phase. If there are several units fighting at the start or the end of the phase, the player whose turn is taking place attacks with all of their units in the order of their choice, and then their opponent does the same.
  13. ok, let's assume you start with an attack covered by your combat trait followed by an attack triggered by feeding frenzy. in this case you're starting your combat phase with an attack (triggered by feeding frenzy). after your attack it's your opponets choice to attack witch a unit. i don't think you'll be able to attack 4 times in a row.. we'll see
  14. i still don't get it. - why is your general fighting first in every combat phase? - fight 4 times before any other unit gets activated? you can pop feeding frenzy after that unit has attacked, not before!?
  15. gues it will be other mechanics, wich will become apparent as broken 😁 but hey, it's a "new" battletome, it has to be "uber" to sell those dusty fec models.. buisiness as usual.. enjoy your time, as long as it lasts RIP Ghoul Patrol & Majestic Horror
  16. nothin'. your limitation is # of heroes / game
  17. His command ability is summoning, only once per battle, Ferocious Hunger (+attacks) is a cast
