  1. surprisingly it looks like it's possible.. Warhammer Age of Sigmar – Core Rules, Designers’ Commentary Page 4 Q: Can I spend 2 or more command points to allow the same model to use the same command ability more than once in the same phase? A: Yes, unless specifically noted otherwise. I guess rules wise it should be "stackable"

if i'll get my hands on 10+ more Hive Tyrant sprues they will become my obscure Crypt Horrors, if not - that's more likely - they will be used as Crypt Haunter Courtiers
  4. Warhammer Age of Sigmar – Core Rules, Designers’ Commentary, Page 5 Q: Some abilities allow or require a unit to fight at the start of the combat phase, or the end of the combat phase. How exactly does this work? What happens if two or more units have to fight at the start or the end of the phase? A: Units that fight at the start or the end of the combat phase make a pile-in move and then attack with their melee weapons before the players start picking any other units to fight in that phase, or after the players have picked all other units to fight in that phase, respectively. So, first you pile in and make attacks with the units that are to fight at the start of the phase, then the players alternate picking units to fight with, starting with the player whose turn is taking place, and lastly you pile in and make attacks with units that make attacks at the end of the combat phase. If there are several units fighting at the start or the end of the phase, the player whose turn is taking place attacks with all of their units in the order of their choice, and then their opponent does the same.
  5. Warhammer Age of Sigmar – Core Rules, Designers’ Commentary, Page 8 Q: If I add units to my army after a battle has started, and my army has an allegiance ability that adds a keyword to the units in the army, is that keyword received by eligible units I add to my army after the battle has begun? For example, if I have a Stormcast Eternals army and use the Stormhosts rule to give all Stormcast Eternals units in the army the Hammers of Sigmar keyword, would any new Stormcast Eternals units that I add to my army get the keyword? By the same token, if an allegiance ability has a spell lore that grants a spell to Wizards in an army, do Wizards that I add to the army that have the appropriate allegiance gain a spell? A: Yes to all questions.
  6. Idoneth High Tide ability states they "fight before any other units in the combat phase" and they can't fight before units that fight at the start of the combat phase? That doesn't make any sense if the start of the combat phase belongs to the combat phase?
  7. sorry for bringing up that one again the new FAQ states Q: If my general has the Savage Strike command trait, does it fight before Idoneth Deepkin units using the High Tide ability from the Tides of Death battle trait? A: Yes. The High Tide ability does not say Idoneth units fight ‘at the start of the combat phase’; therefore, they fight after anything that is noted as fighting ‘at the start of the combat phase’. their High Tide ability states they "fight before any other units in the combat phase". So isn't GW stating some kind of sequence here? [at the start of the combat phase] - happens right before the combat phase and does not belong to the combat phase [in the combat phase] - the combat phase itself [at the end of the combat phase] - happen right after the combat phase and does not belong to the combat phase If [at the start of the combat phase] would be (belong to) [in the combat phase] they would be able to attack first, doesn't they? If their ability "fight before any other units in the combat phase" doesn't work why should feeding frenzy work [at the start of the combat phase]?
  8. i don't see a big impact instead of a mirror matching, the fec units are still getting healed/restored. the only "nerf" it's your opponent choosing wich of your units are effected. conciderating Mirror matches - two chalice on the board both under control of 1 player, wow; double turns quadriple profit.. lol
  9. thank god it's friday! Q: Some abilities allow you to return a slain model to a unit. When you do so, does the slain model have to originally have come from the unit that it is returned to? A: Yes.
  10. Q: In a Pitched Battle, Royal Terrogheists and Royal Zombie Dragons from a Gristlegore army are Battleline. Are they still counted Behemoths as well? A: No. 😲 w00t?
  11. new FEC FAQ is up https://www.warhammer-community.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/age_of_sigmar_flesh-eater_courts_errata_en.pdf https://www.warhammer-community.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/age_of_sigmar_flesh-eater_courts_designers_commentary_en.pdf
  12. who takes control of the Chalice of Ushoran's Ability?
  13. found it.. Generals Handbook, Page 48 Picking your Army "[..] Endless spells have Pitched Battle profiles and a points cost. Bypaying the spell’spoints cost, all WIZARDS in the player’sarmy know that endless spell, and the player can use (and re-use) one endless spell model of the appropriate type in the battle. A player cannot take the same endless spell model more than once for their army, but can take any number of different endless spell models (for example, you could not take two BalewindVortex models). [..]"
  14. as long as i have models to set up i might cast the same spell every turn
  15. the only restriction i have found: Malign Sorcery Page 53 Endless Spell Models In order to attempt to cast an endless spell, you must have a model for the spell available that is not already on the battlefield. For example, if you have two Balewind Vortex models in your collection, and both are on the battlefield, you cannot attempt to cast Summon Balewind Vortex again until at least one of them has been removed from the battlefield. A Wizard cannot attempt to cast more than one endless spell in the same turn (even if they are different endless spells).
  16. can't find any reference i can cast balewind vortex as long as i have "unbalewinded" casters & balewind vortex models, and thats an endles spell too
  17. is it possible to cast the same endless spell every turn?
  18. found something funny on fb: GRISTLEGORE GRAND COURT COMMAND TRAIT A GRISTLEGORE general must have this command trait instead of one listed on page 56. Savage Strike: A Gristlegore abhorrant can overwhelm a foe before they get a chance to fight back. This general fights at the start of the combat phase, before the players pick any other units to fight in that combat phase. This general cannot fight again in that combat phase unless an ability or spell allows it to fight more than once. so my general ghoul king on terrorgheist is attacking first without the attacks of the terrorgheist, because of COMMAND TRAITS Whether cunning strategist or berserk butcher, every general has a unique style of command. If your general is a Hero and the allegiance abilities for your army include any command traits, you can choose or roll for one for your general. If, for any reason, you must select a new general during a battle, immediately choose or roll for a trait for them. Command traits have no effect on attacks made by a general’s mount unless noted otherwise.
  19. the varghulf supports Ghouls, Horrors & Flayers, has 8 HP, gains re-rolls hit for nerby casting, has a decent dmg output and heals if he slew a model i like them more than the other courtiers and he can fly
  20. they are using a slightly different font for warscroll names on their battalion warscrolls. ..old italic ones were much more recognizable
  21. looks solid i would prefer Dark Acolyte to buff the Flayers even more, if your infernal get focused summon in a varghulf & don't forget the missile attack of the infernal
