House rules for the slaughter. knights of the empty throne That is using varanguard as heroes 1. Unit of 3 or 6 counts as a hero for archons sword. 2. It counts as 6/12 models for objectives 3. If using metamorphosis spell. It counts as a single monster and 5 wounds and you can use one monstrous rampage 4. If using unmatched conquerors command the unit if the unit is targeting a gargant or Kragnos or stone horn etc, then you roll a number of dice equal to the current value the target unit counts as So a gargant 20 dice and each 3+ reduces their objective count by one. Of all monsters or models that count as 5 or 2 wounds you roll one dice for each model in the unit and each 3+ reduces their objective count by one 5. Varanguard heroes are classed as sub commanders for battalion building 6. ironjawz fast un and mighty destroyers - you can use both abilities in thesame hero phas on the same model... 7 can dragons use their hero phase move to retreat out of combat . i am assured the book is out two weeks prior to the event so YES----however if for some reason it is delayed then the pack states no book published rior to 2 weeks before the event....but go on the basis it will be ok
