By the same logic you could not use Hobgrots in a Kruleboyz list. So I also think it's a mistake.

I have a Cathalar Proxy from Raging Heroes and think about buying the twins as they fit nicely to an Iliatha force.
My problem is that I'm used to charge with highly mobile deadly flying sea creatures, deepstrike and kill fast (just look at my profile pic 😄). All this is not possible with this army. My horses are dead before they did any damage. The bowmen are great to snipe enemy heroes but that's it and Spear phalanx just waits to get charged 🤷.

Im playing with the Idea of
Hammer:a tanky generic king (because you want your general alive for the extra CPs), born from Argony 2extra wounds an 5++ amulet, storm eidolon for +1 to Wound,. Spear eels
Anvil: 30 reavers for stand and shoot, turtle, tanky eels and sharks
Does that fit into one List?

Thank you Nos! Your thoughts helpt me to understand, why I like the Murknob and Gutrippaz but not the various Killabosses.
With this in mind I started a uncluttered version of the Killaboss and it really worked wonders.
Now I need to paint this guy...
