Barak-Thryng 2000

I play a few games with barak-zilfin (using placeholders for khemist/endrinriggers) and i was theorycrafting a list for other skyports and i want to try barak-thryng in my ongoing games so i made this list:

i want to try the iron sky squadron in this list but normally will be played with iron sky command with a ironclad(with last word) to transport the grundstoks and the khemist where i want.

I was thinking of a list very similar to your second list.

What's was your plan for the thunderers? I was thinking two (2) units of ten (10) but looking at it, I almost want to be a bit cheesy and go with (20) thunderers and buff with khemists for an ultimate one time hail of fire. It almost seems more effective that way. How are you using your thunderers?

You want a big bunch of thunderers to get is weapons buffed for the most possible amount of khemist so the optimal place for me is 20 or 15 thunderers and i try aethercannons few days ago and like 60 shots gonna tear apart everything so i want to try mortars  without deep striking units and let them back with the ironclad + khemist and shoot as much i can (80 shots with 36" range)

So, I am on the same track then.

I want to go with the deepstrike force of 15-20 thunderers. Even if they rule that only one Khemist can buff one unit at a time, 30-40 shots is cool for 200pts. If I am able to stack 2 Khemists on them that is even juicier!

I do love the idea of dudes in the back field just lobbing 80 mortar shots into the frontlines. Hahahaha
