Matched Play - Do I need to add my spells on my army list?

I've just downloaded the Azyr update to the AoS app and signed up to Azyr.  I've created my army list, but I've not been given the chance to add my Tzeentch spells to the list.  This got me thinking - do I need to assign spells at army list level, or do I assign them at deployment?

You assign them at deployment!

If at a tournament, check with the organizer to be sure. If playing a friendly matched game in a store or wherever (not a tournament setting), decide with your opponent.
