Long tasked by Sigmar to find weapons capable of destroying gods and remove the risk of their existence. He is gruff, taciturn and cruel in battle. His followers include a few of his brother stormcast, unwilling to mention the location or occupation of the rest of the stormhost, and a group of warrior fanatics known as the cult of the storm, who seek to attain ascension to the ranks of the stormcast by proving themselves alongside Albrand in battle. He has granted a few of their number Sigmarite weapons for valour but as yet, none of the cultists who have died in battle have earned the passage to Azyr.
