Thought I'd share in case anyone else finds them useful. Can be printed out A5 or four to a page just open them in windows picture viewer and choose four to a page. Some of them may be difficult to see at smaller sizes (see VLOZD). I hand typed them so am sure there will be typo's etc. - let me know when you find them and I'll edit.
