khsofsso
Hi everyone, would like some help. Having attended Blood & Glory over the weekend I saw a lot of games where people were flying across the board with the warp fire throwing Storm Fiends. Could someone please tell me how their doing this. What combo gives them the extended movement. Thanks
Dez
Sayl the Faithless casting Traitorous Mist. To combat this tactic, you'll need to spread out your deployment and bubble wrap heroes and buffing units in chaff so the Warpfire Projectors 8" range) can't hit key targets. Dave Fraser
Sayl is a forgeworld model under the Tamurkhan heading if you're after his rules.
Tasman
This is an awesomely filthy tactic. I first turn sniped Gordrakk. 12d3 mortal wounds= 1 dead hero. He should have brought a regular megaboss on maw crusher. Then he could have taken the artifact that would have given him a 4+ save v mortal wounds. He learned a lesson that day, and I'll never get it off on that dude again. The look on his face was priceless, though.
Nico
Shame he didn't take turn one, use his command ability on himself and make the first turn charge into the Stormfiends and kill the whole unit by himself (and then some)
Tasman
The scenario we played allowed me to get off first. Unlucky for him, I guess.
