Glazing/Layering to the highlight part, or what you want to be showing as the brightest part.

You can use another layer inbetween the Trollslayer orange and Yriel Yellow with Citadel Fire Dragon Bright also glazing/layering.

And if you want it brighter on the yellow parts you can go with Citadel Flash Gitz Yellow and then 50/50 mix with white.

Thanks! What did u use for the brighter parts of the tree?

I finished putting texture paint on the all the Dryads bases and and started painting another 3. I think painting these in batches of 3 or 4 works best for me.

If you mean the Bark;

It's Citadel Zandri Dust spray, or you can just basecoat this with the same colour.

Armor established on the Wardens, Stoneguard, and Stonemage. Still needs a little cleanup, but will wait until the other details are brought up to snuff.

Lower robes basecoated - still need to base the robes on the upper torsos next.

Other remaining details like the weapon hafts to come.

Besides working on Knight Rampager and Stormcast Annihilators, I am also doing a partial re-paint of my Skarbrand that I painted back in 2018. I am still satisfied with the paintjob, but I wanted to add more details to the base, add more highlights and touch up axes and armour a bit. There's a few more things I want to address, but I think the model looks much better now:

Sadly I did not get nearly what I wanted done but I did repaint the herdstone and got 3 colors of paint down on the entire army. I'll try to remember to post. a progress pic tomorrow.

I didnt finish as many dryads as i wanted to. But i am in the process of redesigning the garden and that takes a lot of work. Glad i got some finished tbh.

Those treelords, especially Durthu, are inspiring! Such clean brushwork!
