Gorthor21
I was browsing the ossiarch bonereaper map dreaming of mortek bowmen when I noticed this island between Necros and Cadavaris called ODT or Odt which I found odd. I know it’s a long shot but I figured if anyone has noticed it before or if it shows up on other maps of shyish. Does it have any significance?
NinthMusketeer
All of the maps have tons of locations with no lore behind them other than being on the map. Sometimes they get filled in later, other times they are left 'hollow' and players can fill them in with their own narrative. At any rate, I do not recall anything regarding that particular location. Could be a reference I forgot though, or in some of the online-only short stories. Edited June 22, 2022 by NinthMusketeer
Gorthor21
Seems an odd name for a place in age of sigmar given where it is I’m sure it’s some bonetown at this point.
Fulcanelli
Is indeed an odd name, feels 'generic' or an acronym. In the Lexicanum, Primer Innerlands of Shyish page, the island is mentioned very briefly – and it refers to 2nd Edition Core Book (so we can assume it's not a typo 😁). But we not have any more details.
Wordy9th
ODT is an old Latin term meaning: Ossiarchus Determinus Trebucheta Roughly translated it means “obr will get bowmen soon”
