Can Sylvaneth Tree Revenants use the waypipes to redeploy away from danger anywhere on the board?

I used my Tree Revenants to teleport and grab an objective at my opponent's territory.

In his turn, he then moved some of his troops to charge me.

Can Tree Revenants use the waypipes to redeploy away (1CP) from danger anywhere on the board?

Waypipes can only be used in your movement phase, so no they can't (aso, Waypipes is instead of a normal move or retreat and redeploy is neither)
