(Only slightly delayed …) If you don't know the rules they are: Each month you post an amount of models that you agree to try to paint/build/convert/sculpt. This can be terrain or models for Age Of Sigmar, Warcry, Blood Bowl, Blitz Bowl, Dungeon Bowl, Warhammer Underworlds, Warhammer Quest, Gorechosen, or HeroQuest On the 28th of the month the contract closes and you can then post your progress images so that they can be critiqued, shared and boasted about. It is a great way to get involved in the community and to get inspiration. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone share their progress! Just need to finish the Loonshrine but i am giving painting models a higher priority at the moment. This month i want to finish painting Jain Zar and the Howling Banshees and maybe start painting Dryads. My aim is to have them both finished by the end of the June. Neil Arthur Hotep Posted June 10, 2022 Share Posted June 10, 2022 Last month I was working on finishing up a bunch of Helstorm Rocket Batteries. So of course I ended up painting a Mortek Crawler instead: This thing is a speed paint and test model. I plan to use a bunch of Ossiarchs as the antagonists for a Soulbound game and wanted to see if I could manage to paint a bunch of them fast. I did all the bone with a zenithal undercoat, Skeleton Horde contrast, drybrushing and washed. The turquoise metallics are contrast paint plus vallejo colour shift paint. After that, it's basically just details that are left. The process works really well and is very quick. I also made some progress on the Helstorms.
