What do you use to spice up your game? And where can I get some of those wonderful things? 

 

I've seen custom action markers,  templates,  cool looking dice and embroidered dice bags. Table mats and battle foam bags. What else is out there?

I have lots of Tiddly Winks that my wife has written the buff effects on ( her handwriting is neater than mine ) I also use Knitting needle row counters for keeping a track of multi wound models. There is no chance of accidentally picking up a die that is counting wounds then.

For counting life i use MTG life counters, there d20s with the numbers in numerical order which is cool.

The main thing I got out of all that was a really neat idea for spells, you can use empty bases with Shields on for +1 save, a swords for +1 attack or so.

So simple and yet so effective.

Yeah,  but what I wanted to do was expand on those basic accessories. Like a sequel to that thread.
