Orruk'sPizza
Some Player asked me, how my A.I. rules run in my narrative game. We dont play balanced ,only path to glory with some home rules, Like point composition system, special artifact and rewardes. We play with little warbands Like this : Orruk megaboss - grot shaman - 5 brutes - 5 ardboyz - 2 mournfang Often We play in 3 or 4 in a 120*120 map. We used to put on map common enemy in special place Like temple s guardians or necromancer near ancient ruins. To play this enemies We use the aggro system. The First player moves in 6" range take the aggro. So after the players round, the enemies on the map Can activate their abilities movement etc... target on the aggro s player. If a player wounds the enemy immediatly take aggro. If you defeat One of these you take extra point to buy artifact or units. Sometimes special enemy give special reward or they Can be used to complete a mission. Its very easy and funny. It runs well with little bands on map. If you play 1000/2000 points armies in 3/4players + AI enemies there is too much caos in the game. I think path to glory is the perfect way for begginer and casual player . Little warband=simple game and give the possibility in cooperative play. I cant explain better, in English...help me in discussion
Groomy
I've been itching to come up with a 2 player vs NPC scenarios. Has great potential for narrative. What if you went with a silver tower system where both players play for their warbands and take turns playing for the AI?
Ratamaplata
This is what me and my mates are gonna do. 3 of us with small warbands (1 hero, 2 units to start) and we'll do some 3 way fights and some 2 way with 3rd player effectively being the GM.
