Praecautus
In the past few weeks one of my local clubs has managed to open on a weekly basis. While I have not played any warhammer, many of the members have been. Meanwhile I have had the fun of introducing fellow nerds to the world of designer board games. Had some excellent evenings of dice rolling, moving minis and looking up rules 😀 it’s been good to not have to lose to my son again
Legatus Seneca
Since I am restarting - would this be OK for a tournament? Wanted the Tree-Revenants, but with the “angry forest” vibe.

EccentricCircle
Just organised my first narrative event (kill team this time, but the next one will be warcry). Three two player games each in an afternoon, advancing the plot as parties move across a map, then a bit four player finale to cap it all off. I lost every single game I think, but the story was great and that's the main thing! 1

The chaos duardin tease, that sliver of hope, really got me good, heheh. I have some AoS models, but I haven't really felt that urge to commit to an army yet, and suddenly I'm facing a reality where we might not only get new duardin but CHAOS DUARDIN too! How can I NOT get excited?! Doesn't matter if they're a year or two away, just gives me time to get back to painting and make room for their The Chaos Duardin hints also reignited my hobby excitement. Chaos Dwarfs were my first army way back in 1996 and I’ve struggled to love an army to the same extent since they disappeared from store shelves. So when the Hobgrots appeared they sparked the decision to just go ahead and collect the Big Hats again 6
