This is a little mix of everything, shoot, magic and a punchy unit of dracoth+Celestant on dracoth.
Tauralon is a really cool model that I wanted to use when I choose stormcast and with the dracothian guard seems a fun list!

want to make tauralon work desperately, I have a match against seraphon and tzeench and I thought that list, heroes are for support and spells, dracolines go for the charge, dracothian and lib start in the sky, enter protected by lib and shoot.

The group of heroes could work well protecting the army from enemy spell responding with a comet every turn plus fulminators are good against the enemy shooting.

For more body and defense I could change evo on cats and x5 lib for protectors x 10 or for more shooting 6xraptors.

I kinda think Grand Convocation is a trap. But anyway I went for shooting with 9 raptors, 10 Sequitors for some combat ability, Aquilor + Aetherwings to provide some mobility for the raptors.

Have you played with it yet or you use another strategy with tauralon?
I've also seen a list that done well last year, classic vanguard +tauralon instead of the chambers.

The Tauralon (as Aventis) went into my COS Hammerhal list, where it debuted with a very close game vs Khadaron Overlords.

Aventis was wonderful there. Flying in a flanking maneuver, throwing 3 spirit flasks at the 10-man objective holders and surviving to clean up the rest without assistance helped that game A LOT to swing the objectives in my favor.

This is an attempt at going all out with spell casting.  I’m confident in the character choices but I feel the rest of the army doesn’t have the chops to stick in a long fight and support where it’s needed.

There’s still 100 points to spend and the only thing that makes sense to fill the slot is a Heraldor I think.  If I can keep all the Lord Arcanums close together they can get fast enough to be able to take the attack to anybody.  Sequitors are in mostly for rule of cool, love the models and the idea behind them, but I’d be willing to swap those out for more competitive options, maybe some judicators or ballistas?

Knight Heraldors live and die by terrain.

I have had games where there is a massive terrain piece in the middle of the field, or in a crucial location, and he was MVP spending the whole time tooting his horn and handing out 9-12 MWs per round.

I have also had games with smaller terrain pieces or it is spread out and possibly to stay 3” away from.

I think for a caster army, you might want a Stardrake around for the +1 casting, they also act as reasonable tanks. 

Fitting all 3 endless spells might be overkill, everblaze and one of the others is good enough.

However all these mods it does bring you back to the drawing board.

Yeah, the list is a pretty big change going into AoS3 which I honestly wasn’t expecting.  I really hope I don’t need to buy too much new stuff to make the transition but I think some shooting to deal with the incumbent bum rush of chaff we’re about to face will be due for the course.  None of the new stuff for Stormcast looks like artillery or shooting squads, just that new Knight Judicator so far?  Interesting to see the Sunmetal rule spreading like wildfire.

I think you’re right about the spells and will likely drop the vortex.  The Cleansing Phalanx should still be available as a regiment of renowned and I haven’t really reinforced anything.  It isn’t fast enough I don’t think but I can’t do much about that with only 130 points~.
