My lords consist of: celestant prime knight vexillor lord castellant lord celestant Lord relictor battle line: 5 judicators 5 judicators 5 liberators 5 liberators other units: 5 decimators - 2 SSM 10 retributors - 4 SSM NOW, the reason for this post is that I have lord in this list that won't contribute much to the line up as the battle line and decimators will play defensively and hold our side of the board while celestant prime and the 10 rets will strike in enemy zone. so, do I have too many lords? i think celestant and relictor will be sort of useless here, unless all his army is on my side. Skevin Posted August 22, 2016 Share Posted August 22, 2016 Why not a 2nd castellant on the lord celestant ? You can have a 2+ armor. kozokus Posted August 22, 2016 Share Posted August 22, 2016 That is sad, you are one unit short (decimator) to have a skyborn slayer bataillon that allow you to teleport anything, but that wont leave you enough room for the 640 point of the vexibutors. Forgebellows Posted August 23, 2016 Share Posted August 23, 2016 I would take out the 5 decimators or protectors and swap in a unit of 6 prosecutors. They can hold an objective or just stay back and shoot things. The majority of the list is slow and they give you some ability to react and pepper strong units or shoot off weak ones.
