Right now the view is that Old World really only has one thread on it so there's no real pressure for it to be added at this stage. This will likely remain the case for a few years until GW actually gets closer too and actually launches their new Old World project. At present its unlikely that we'd add a section for a game that basically only has a tiny bit if info about it (right now there's a logo, a map and some concept sketches of one unit type).
