Chaos Spawn Random Movement

Question

Can anyone tell me how the random movement and attacks for Chaos Spawn works if you have multiple models in a unit. For movement do you roll 2d6 for each model or for the whole unit? For attacks do you roll d6 for each model or for the whole unit? I can't find clarification on this anywhere and I want to use lots of spawn in my Khorne army.

For the attacks you roll for each model.

For sanity's sake I'd probably roll once for movement (otherwise they are god awful - moving at slowest ship in the convoy speed due to coherency).

Would be the way I'd play it too

Hints and tips says you roll once per unit for move, and once per weapon type for attacks, but damage is determined per individual weapon. So you'd roll 2D6 each movement phase for the whole unit, and then you'd roll 2D6 for freakish mutations once and that would be the A value for the entire unit.

If Freakish mutations had random damage (say D3), then you'd roll a D3 for each spawn, so say Spawn A would do 2 damage per hit, Spawn B would do 3, etc.

This is actually kind of a big deal because until I read that section properly I've been playing random damage wrong (particularly heroes)
