Can Tzaangor Skyfires allies a Nurgle army?

Hi guys,
Can Tzaangor Skyfires be allied to a Nurgle army?

The Azyr app allow you to pick them as allies to a Nurgle army, but in the way the General Handbook 2019 is written, it doesn't seem to be possible:

"Nurgle Allies: Beasts of Chaos (excluding TZEENTCH units), Everchosen, Khorne, Monsters of Chaos, Slaanesh, Slaves to Darkness (excluding units with mark of TZEENTCH)"

As far as I know they should not be an option, though there are some Tzeentch units that can be allied in (Gaunt Summoners have the Everchosen keyword). It is a bit of a grey area that they have not put hard limits on.

You are correct in your reading of the rule in the book. The Azyr app should not be used as a rules reference.
