Arkiham
Just seen this on the Facebook games-workshop page. This makes question some of the decisions made on the page, as they openly admit it's not the rule makers making the calls. It's just the public relations person making a call, not necessarily the right one based on the rules
The Jabber Tzeentch
Yeah this has always been the case. The only concrete decisions are in the FAQs. However they're still a decent way to get an fairly legit answer for a game if you can't figure it out for yourself.
Nico
So take everything there with a pinch of salt.
SentinelGuy
Pretty much. Then again the 40k FAQ 1st drafts that have been making an appearance on Facebook have been all over the place in their quality so really I don't think that the games designers see eye to eye with the other games designers half the time. mmimzie
It's basicly like calling a judge or TO over for a quick decision on a rule. Wrong or right he's a middle guy that lets the two player not hate eaachother over rules lol. If it's a big enough issue the tournament will make some official over all ruling that may contradict that games ruling.
Lucio
Hardly seems worth making the point, if you've reached a point in the game where you have to argue against someone's evidence that their rules interpretation is correct because it's on the GW Facebook page, and yours isn't, then frankly, the game has become totally un-fun and you might as well give up now and move on

Some one has to ask the questions. Second it's not like your putting a game on hold for a Facebook message nor is it intended for small friendly games. It's more for tournaments. If thats not for you that's fine, but it actually helps the fun process if i don't have to nag over every rule.

That's true, but FAQing 40k is like trying to polish a poop, it only gets you into more mess.
