storm cast new player

hi

i'm new with aos. My friend play and i saw a game, buyed some some stuff and here i am.

i have:

1 x lord arcanum on gryph charger

1 x lord incantor

1 x celestant prime

15 x sequitor

9x castigator

5 x evocator on foot

2 x balista.

my question are

1) my lord arcanum best ride : 

     gryph, or dracoline, or tauralon (nice)??

2) want a big lord celestant on stardrake. did he worth it or lord arcanum on tauralon?

3) evocator on foot or on dracoline(look nice) ?

4) play my castigator or judicator ?

(1) It depends, lord arcanum on dracolines tend to be good combo with evocator on dracolines. The gryph verion have good CA that buffing sacrosanct units. The tauralon verions is the only wizard who can cast two spell in SCE, but I think this verzion is overcost.

(2)Both are overcost from my point of view, but their model are awesome, so if you have budget and like the model, why not?

(3)Two version have difference usage.

(4) To be honest, both are not efficient shooter, butI would recommend judicator.
