Hm, I think they only look like Plasma because of the lighting effect in the preview picture. I could easily see that being painted as stone or metal for a more Fantasy feel. This looks like it is aimed at boardgamers exclusively though, I don't really think it's really that comparable to a skirmish. I do think Warcry might actually be only chaos though at least until an expansion comes out later down the line if one does, here's hoping if it is just chaos for the entire run they go absolutely nuts with the warbands (I'm talking mutations, weird designs, daemons and completely different races the whole shebang) and maybe even throw in some warbands of minor chaos gods. Lovely models too, they're killing it with these Black Legion lads, the 2 adjuncts would work nicely in AoS with not much effort. Actually just realised it answers 2 of them as they showed the lectern on the back of the other bloke as well. I know we're all getting impatient about no new AOS rumors or that one of our(personal) favorite factions have yet to receive a battletome(insert Y/N and favorite army here), but let us all take a moment to appreciate the beauty of this model and how it is clearly a sign of the quality of models to come.......... Far as I'm aware we've got nothing at present. Hints from GW itself that "more slaanesh will come " and "new aelves" are about all we've got. This popped up on rumour sites, saw it on spiky bits. Seems to be an undivided Daemon, I can only assume it will follow some day (hopefully not 3 year gap) with a beautiful Resin model on par with Samus and Utterblight. The Daemon list is deliberately ‘generic’, so you can use loads of different models and aren’t just stuck with the same daemon models we already have.
