about Guo's ability and command ability of Lord of the plague

Hi, guys  my question is

the ability of Guo putrid offering, how many wounds can be done to cast spells or disperse?

and the command ability of Lord of plague, how many times can be occupied in the hero phase, (if I have for example 3 command points, you can cast 3 times that command ability?)

You can use Putrid offering once per each cast you make. It cannot be stacked.

And you can use Grandfather’s Joy as many times as you have command points and separate units to give the blessing. If there is only one unit in range then only once.
