Whilst GW is making a lot of noise about it we have very few details and we aren't sure what sort of format its going to properly take. In addition it might be that GW is bigging up warcry but that it ends up a short term campaign mostly bolted onto selling models that then feature in a Slaves to Darkness Battle Tome which then takes the lions share of the attention.
