If you say start the battle with 2 chainrasp hordes of 20 each, and I have 10 extra models....I could not summon in models to take a unit from 20 to 30? Spectral Lore (Assuming thats what you mean) only returns slain models, as does everything with Nighthaunt, it does not summon new models.
