Enochi
Well after quite a time I finally have enough of a force painted up that I feel comfortable to go to an event more then local. But I know my locals aren't terribly competitive and I'm going to need to refine my list a good bit so I would like to request some help in what to watch for and good strategies. The Core of the List is 2 Dragonlord Host Battalions So 2 Dragonlords (1 With Dimension Blade and 1 with Quicksilver Potion) 4 x 5 Dragonblade This gives me extreme Alpha strike potential. How to round out the remaining 500 points is what I'm Debating. My Previous go to was 3rd Dragonlord w/ Doppleganger Cloak Archmage on steed Chronomatic Cogs but I'm Debating if Aventis Firestrike Ever Blaze Comet Geminids Would be better. Right now I'm leaning toward the Dragonlord which is a 4 drop list and I don't know of any lists that have fewer drops then that so I should have control of who gets 1st turn. Alezya
You don't really need the Cogs, you already have enough movement. A Drakeseer can be fun too

A Drakeseer can be fun too Eh the extra movement is Rather helpful. Since I'm on the "New" bases and Have to stay 3 inches away from opponents. Trying to get the back end of my model over a screen is sometimes difficult. having an extra 2" on the movement is helpful and extra 2" on the Charge can be critical. That one of the reasons im so Heavily considering Aventis is with the Everblaze I can force my opponent to spread out a bit more and give me better positioning for my dragons to hit their key units.
