Regarding the ability Cloack of Splintered Reality - I assume RAI is 5+ against missile attacks, both normal damage and mortal wounds.
But RAW is 5+ against missile attacks normal damage, but also a general 5+ against mortal wounds. Am I reading this correctly?
How are you guys playing this?

The sentence basically breaks down into: 

"Roll a dice each time you allocate

(1) a wound inflicted by a missile weapon

or

(2) a mortal wound

to this model. On a 5+, that wound or mortal wound is negated."

So you are right, Cloak of Splintered Unreality works against missle weapons. And mortal wounds in general. Do not let people tell you otherwise due to RAI - the only time RAI might be a meaningful tool for finding out about how a rule works is when the wording of said rule is completely incomprehensible or incoherent.
