Section suggestion

So something that people have aired a desire for is more depth and discussion on tactics and how to play the game; and for faction specific discussion there's the Grand Alliance subsections and the AOS threads for each faction as well. However for general Matched Play there's no actual section for it. Narrative/Open has a section, but not matched. I think adding a Matched Play section would be of value, it helps to separate it out from general discussion and might even help focus peoples attention on and can be used to promote people writing things like Battle Reports.
