FullMetalRPG
Hey guys, so I guess the Battletome: Dominions of Chaos book came out this weekend and there wasn't a whole lot of fanfare for it. My FLGS didn't have it this weekend making me assume that it hadn't come out yet, but the marketing machine seems to be marching forward with Beastriders. It's sort of hard to find even inside of GW's webpage. But when you do it looks like it's available anyway. Did anyone buy it? Is it worthwhile? I have two Realmgates and an Ophidian Archway, will I be able to make use of it right away, or do I need to spend another $200 on scenery lol. The Jabber Tzeentch
It's a nice to have I think. It has extra scenery based rules for the new board and for existing scenery also some background fluff to the realms. Probably worthwhile if you play a lot of games or want something different. I'm pretty sure you could use or adapt a lot of it for any terrain board you have.
Mengel Miniatures
I have a review of it here: http://www.mengelminiatures.com/2016/07/review-dominion-of-chaos-battletome.html
Double Misfire
I haven't had a chance to skim through a copy yet, any word on what the battalions are? I'm especially excited about the (slim) possibility of the Magebound Gate being a Baleful Realmgate and any model with the wizard keyword, allowing me to run a Realmgate in my Dispossessed/Freeguild force without having to deploy a formation of 16 Stormcast.
