Pestilent Throng in Maggotkin and/or Azyr app

Hi all, I want to start my Nurgle BoC army i have purchased book and Azyr app but i'm still confused about some things which i want to clarify before i start purchasing any miniature:

1. in Azyr I can select Pestilent Throng battalion in Nurgle allegiance but i cant choose dragon ogre shaggoth even tough he is available in this battalion - so is it legal and just app glitch?
2.  Same question is about making some units battleline based on my general so i again have Nurgle allegiance, Pestilent Throng battalion but i dont get new battleline units based on the general, for example i want to have bestigors as battleline but taking bray shaman as general is not doing the trick.. so here i'm also confused if it's an app thing or in case of battalion in doesnt work that way. 

In general i want to start my nurgle grand army with mostly BoC + some Maggotkin leaders so i want all other units from BoC which i was thinking should be possible with the battalion but now i'm not sure, please help!

1. This should be a bug, he should be legal.

2. Check the Pitched Battle Profiles. Bestigors are only battleline when you choose Beast of Chaos allegiance, not Nurgle Allegiance. If you want to fill Battleline Slots with BoC units in a Nurgle Allegiance army, you have to use Gors or Ungors of your Pestilent Throng Battalion.
