daedalus81
Beastclaw are the kings of mortal wounds it seems. Chaos warriors will have some nice staying power, but it looks like we need to fit more ranged into lists to weaken these monsters before they get into range. Particularly the thundertusk with a 6 mortal wound shot before 3 wounds suffered. Dropping that to D6 seems advantageous. The tradeoff for them seems to be that lots of their other weapons are either -1 or 0 rend. So what's the consensus? Weather the storm with tougher units or try and weaken them? Either way they're going to be on us very quickly - it is overall a considerably fast army.
daedalus81
Also it is the first magic-less army so don't be too alarmed about the damage output.
Arkiham
I try to include ranged units or abilities into most of my lists, be it spells or priest prays or catapults etc. This is where I find Bloab is strong for nurgle, as the list I have him in contains abilities to do damage in as many phases as possible.
