Are spell attack actionsthe same as a regular attack actions or do they get buffed by attack action uffs?? for instances cards that give +1 dice to attack actions?? or +1 damage?

Spell attacks are regular attack actions, thus they are changed by all cards that target attack actions. So, you can give +1 Dice or +1 damage to a spell attack
