Aaron Schmidt
Would a Kurnoth Hunter model or a Treelord be a better scale for a Demon Prince kitbash?

I would go with Drycha over those two. At least that's what i'm telling myself with my slaanesh daemon prince based on the C'tan Shard of the Deceiver.
MyGeekyPersona
.To be honest I’d go with whichever base model best suits your ideas and the other bits that you have to hand. Daemon princes are supposed to be a variety of shapes and sizes. As long as the model is on an appropriate base and you’re not trying to model for any gaming advantage then pretty much anything goes.
