Q: Can I spend 2 or more command points to allow the same model to use the same command ability more than once in the same phase? A: Yes, unless specifically noted otherwise. Her command ability doesn't have one of the many FAQs that specifically say it doesn't stack, and so enjoy -1 to hit per command point spent.
