Yes. 

Dispelling an Endless Spell happens at the start of the turn phase and each wizard can attempt to dispel one Endless spell per turn. Doing so will use a casting slot for the wizard, so any wizards that can only cast one spell per turn won't be able to cast any others after attempting a dispel (whether it works or fails). However if your wizard can cast more than one spell per turn they can dispel and then cast the same Endless spell without issue.

 

The only restriction is really that in matched play, you can only cast one of any type of Endless spell at the same time.
