If anything, doesn't it seem like a good chunk of the new/rumored releases are traditional? Sure we have gotten a few (mostly) unique things like Deepkin this year, but Nighthaunt are ghost skeletons, could easily plop them in a D&D campaign and no one would bat an eye. And the rumored upcoming Darkoath so far is only made up of 2 models, and they're both Barbarians. I think some people are hoping they're going to be Norsca 2.0. Moonclan looks to be more unique with mushroom infected monsters, but then again Night Goblins have always been a "warhammer" thing compared to the normal/gitmob goblins (they really need to combine gitmobs with hob goblins and go full on steppe horde since ogres are no longer mongols).
