I'd say no. The way the rules are written is that running *or* retreating stop you charging. Running is an optional add-on to a normal move (which includes retreating). 0 Overread Posted August 27, 2018 Share Posted August 27, 2018 Agreed if you run it prevents you charging at any point later in that same turn unless an ability enables it. The Banner only allows you to overcome the the limit on retreating in combat and mentions nothing about running.
