I think I had four leader upgrades in the deck on my first pass—Hero's Mantle, Gory Visage, Rising to the Challenge, and Treacherous Second—but they all seemed to conflict with each other slightly, and I didn't want to go all-in on Magore and didn't want my deck to be so deep, so I went down to Gory Visage and Hero's Mantle, and then I just whittled it down to Rising to the Challenge.
