Do you think using the rules for the city of Tempest’s Eye would work for replicating the feel of Bataar? Thanks, and any other suggestions are welcome. I think the real question here is that the forces that make up Tempest's Eye match up to how you envision your own floating Free City? Do you want to use Tempest's Eye more for their unique bonus, or would another of the Free Cities be a more suitable match? I'm in a similar situation myself. I have some Black Ark Corsairs (some painted, some still on the sprue) but am still debating either doing an Anvilgard warband (with matching heraldry based in the realm of Aqshy) or instead creating my own Free City in a different realm (Shyish, Ghyran etc...)
