From the blades of khorne faq:

Q: When Skarbrand becomes Incandescent because he was
not able to fight in the last battle round, does he use the
Incandescent row of the damage table to determine Slaughter’s
attacks and Carnage’s total carnage rolls?
A: Yes.

He counts as incandescent and follows the ability rules that turn.  It doesn’t change where he is on the wound chart (so doesn’t change the number of attacks with slaughter or the roll for carnage) if that’s what you’re asking.

edit: I stand corrected, based on the faqs then as per Azdimy’s post. It’s bizarre if you ask me, as no other damage table works this way (you don’t move down the table of something affects a movement value for example) but there you have it.

Hey guys, just wanted to find something out, with skarbrands carnage, if he doesnt fight in the first battle round his stats go to the lower bracket for damage, does that last the rest of the game or just a turn? and can you multiply his carnage rolls by having a blood secrator near him +1attack, and then reapers of vengance comand ability to pile in and do the double attack again= 4 carnage rolls?
Cant find any FAQ
