What is it specifically that’s drawing you to Zon? If it’s the Skywarden melee buffs you’re essentially pinning your sky port on 6 melee wardens, I’d fear you won’t see much of the benefits of the port.

I think you’d be better off with an Urbaz or even custom port, even if you kept the wardens.

I know that it's not an exclusive KO miniature, but what do you think about Ellania and Ellathor (nothing oficial, just rumors)?

I think that the seeing this Brok (or people who wrote his rules) should go find a deepest Gnawhole, go there and never appear again.

This applies to all LRL, I dont know what the rules writers were thinking with the amount of absolute bullshittery for that army, and I mean just pure warscroll text, not even counting their amazing army wide rules.

Wait until you have some games vs them before having an strong opinion. I'm fine with what they got, and I think that if they use a lot of this seconds waves, they are going to be worst than what they are now. Time will tell

Not sure why you are assuming I don't have games against them. I've played enough against the first wave to know that playing against them is going to be like playing against seraphon but worse. 20 archers for 280 that ignore line of sight requirements and regularly spit out 6-8 mortal wounds per shooting phase means there is quite literally nothing you can do to protect any support hero.

My comment pertained to all LRL in comparison to the other armies of the game. The first wave was strong, and the second wave introduces a variety of crazy mechanics that are even more powerful. Some examples include piling in 6 inches and not being required to move closer, free terrain piece that buffs casting and provides for free CP generation, messing with your opponents ability to pile in, and the 24 inch movement bowman that cannot be charged because he moves 12 inches at the end of EVERY shooting phase.

Why? They don't have any significant advantage over Brokk. And any they have is mostly fine as they cost more. Brokk certainly suffers in KO, but it goes beyond warscroll with f.ex. Endrinmaster in Drigible unlocking battleline Skyriggers.

I already read and discussed with friends all this new second wave.  Imo, Teclis+Wardens+Sentinels are their strongest units, and I'm not sure if this second waves will change that.

I'm  just saying that we need some games to know how strong are their new toys.

Can both an Endrinmaster with Dirigible suit  and one with harness heal the one ship in the hero phase?

Yup, they just need to be close enough. And if you have Endrinriggers close, those too can heal same ship.

Alright, so the Vape Kings of Barak Zon have been seduced by the speed and vapery of Zilfin and here is a quick summary of my list and a quick BR!

Endrinmaster with Harness- Ocular optimization, grudgebearer

Navigator with reroll hit pistol

Khemist

10 Arkanauts

10 Arkanauts

6 Endrinriggers w/ 2 drill cannons and 2 volley guns

3 Endrinriggers w/ 1 drill and 1 volley

3 Endrinriggers w/ 1 drill and 1 volley

Frigate

Frigate

Ironclad with Volley Gun and Last word

Iron Sky Command

I played against a BCR list of:

2 Stonehorn Guys

2 Big tusk guys

4 Mournfangs

Hunter guy who was his general

2 small units of kitties to snipe objectives

We played the game with 4 objectives (yours is worth one, middle 2 are worth 2, opponents worth 4)

I won deployment and decided to go second

Turn 1: He moved up and did like one wound to a frigate with buzzards. I then decided to go all in and deepstruck the Ironclad full of Arkanauts into his backline and unpacked them to steal his home objective. I then demolished his entire left flank, killing the mournfangs and one tusk guy, while wounding one stonehorn guy.

Score is 7-3 me

He wins priority

Turn 2: His wounded stonehorn goes nuts and wipes out my general with 8/11 impact hits causing mortal wounds while using his attacks to kill 3 Endrins. His other stonehorn turns around to retake his home objective while his big tusk guy moves up to cause the arkanauts guarding my home objective trouble and steal it, but isn't able to get in combat with the arkanauts, guaranteeing that he will have to spend his next turn clearing them off. I then deepstrike frigates to take the right flank objective and gun down the stonehorn rampaging around. He keeps control of his home objective with his last stonehorn.

Score is 12-8 me

He wins priority

Turn 3: His hunter arrives and with the kitties manages to snag one of the corner objectives. His big tusk guy kills my arkanauts on my objective. His stonehorn rampages through 6 endrinriggers and the sorry remnants of my arkanauts on his objective. My turn I actually fail to kill his stupid stonehorn but do manage to kill the hunter and remaining cats to snag the two middle ones.

Score is 16-15 me

He wins priority

Turn 4: He has two models left. He can't make it to either flank objective with the big tusk guy and he doesn't want to fight anyone with the stonehorn since I can drop bombs and immediately kill him. He scores 5 points and we acknowledge that I was going to wipe him out and score max points for turn 4 and 5.

Dagnai Holdenstack: 100 points, Leader and Unique.
Really curious to see his warscroll

I hope we get a good look at the Cursed City sprues soon. If GW put all the Heroes on their own small sprues I could see them being sold long after Cursed City is over. Kinda how we still have the Knight-Questor and the Fyreslayer Doomseeker from Silver Tower.

His warscroll is up. He gets 2 shares of gold and on 4+ monster he hits with his harpoon cannot get further away from him .

So rather tamed and boring. He has some 3 attacks, but nothing close to admiral.  In general nothing amazing.
