Do you all think BCR might see point reductions in the new GHB? Even small point reductions would seem to be a big help with building 1000 point lists, which is currently pretty hard to do ... my preferred list comes in at 1020. :(

In my humble opinion BCR need  point reduction  around 15/20 % .

If using Stonehorn, many of us only use 2 items: either ethereal amulet to give you protection (sadly not for mortal wounds) or thermalraider cloak, to give you the chance to move, run and charge wherever you want, ignoring screens and that stuff.

I just realized that Stonehorns have the innate ability to run and charge in the same turn. This could be useful!😈

That is their strategic point of strength! (With "Stone Skeleton," of course)

You can smash in the enemy line in the first battle turn. And this is great!

In my opinion one or two Frostlords have to be added in every  BCR or Destruction list.

They are extremely expensive to be added. The Huskards on Thundertusk are really valuable, and 2 FLoSH are... Risky, imho,

The melee strength of a FLoSH is amazing. They pretty much have to be put in an army. I think that if you put HoTTs in, you won't have enough melee strength.

I would say both have pros and cons. The FLoSH can get tarpitted more easily, the HoTT on the other side looses a ton of output after some wounds.

You can combat the tarpit by allying in a couple of Ironblasters. They work very well for clearing out hordes, though they're not good for much else.

I developed a nifty online tool last week that might help you guys with your battles in the future. As a Seraphon player, I was always stressed that I was forgetting to do things in the right phase.

So, I developed AoS Reminders. It has a bunch of armies, but most importantly, I just added Beastclaw Raiders!!!!

Check it out here -> https://daviseford.com/aos-reminders/

Basically, you add your units, battalions, command traits, realmscape features, and artifacts, and you will get an ordered list of what abilities to use during which phase. I know how many rules you guys have to remember ;)

I hope this cheat sheet helps you be more efficient (and win more battles!)

Please give it a whirl and let me know if you enjoy it! I would LOVE some feedback and critiques! If you notice that a rule is wrong, please either tell me here or post it as an issue on Github here

P.S. it is print-friendly! When you hit print, all of the fancy UI elements are stripped out and you get a list like so:

Thinking about BCR mercs (models, not rules)...:

Blood Knights / Outriders = Kislev Winged Lancers

Marauders = Kislev Boyars / Kossars

Pistoliers = Kislev Horse Archers

Freehold General = Ice Queen of Kislev

Just because I'm surprised it's not posted here yet, BCR point changes:

Stonehorn Beastriders from 320 to 300

Thundertusk Beastriders from 340 to 320

Mournfangs from 160 to 140

Icebrow Hunter from 140 to 120

Huskard on Stonehorn from 340 to 320

Yhetees from 120 to 110

Olwyr Alfrostun from 190 to 100

Skal from 150 to 130

Svard Alfrostun from 150 to 80

Unfortunately the Frostlord on Stonehorn is still too much expensive.

I have expected a bigger decrease.

You still can't play Olwyr at 2k... Lame. Lowest I can make it is 2010...ffs.

No point changes for Eurlbad?
